Valerie Wolf Gang’s film Distant Memory was selected as a semi-finalist to Tuzla Film Festival 2017 and will be screened in October at the festival.
The Tuzla Film Festival is an annual film festival that takes places in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Festival is organized by Magic Factory, with the aim of promoting South Slavic cinematography. Fifth Tuzla Film Festival will be held from 18th to 20th October 2017.
Tuzla Film Festival includes the following categories:
• feature film
• documentary
• short
• animated movie
In addition, the Tuzla Film Festival has two special programs:
• “Shoot with Anything”
• “Future Generation Short Films”
All categories except “Future Generation Short Films” are open exclusively for directors from the former Yugoslavia, while the category “Future Generation Short Films” is open to young filmmakers from around the world.
Future Generation Short Films aim to encourage participation of young filmmakers. TFF accepts all the film applications from young film directors from all over the world. Program „FUTURE GENERATION SHORT FILMS” include the following category: short film.
